Good luck Jules. Try not to multi task though - eating toast, drinking tea, flicking through your papers and talking to the OR could be difficult! Butter all over the telephone for one...

The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(

    All done now!

About an hour and half in all.

She was very nice and took me through the petition step by step.

    All the usual questions:

When was the last time I used credit
Why I took this loans out etc
Why I thought I had gone BR and just general history of what happened.

Good bits were that I can keep my car, will not be getting and IPA because my income is low at the moment and with no real change it will not happen, and that she will be recommending me for an early discharge! :T

So you were right guys - got myself all worked up for nothing.

She was very helpful, not in any way judgemental, very chatty and although I was still nervous it went by very fast.

Going to have a huge cup of tea now and maybe something stronger later!

Thanks to everyone for their help over the last few weeks I really appreciate your support! :A

Have to change my signature now.

I'm really glad that went OK for you Jules. :j

The bit about ED is especially good, since whether you get it or not it means they expect very few issues with your case.:D

    Congratulation Jules,

I missed sending you best wishes earlier.:o

We really should collate everybody's Court and O.R anecdotes in one Thread so anybody facing either of them can read quickly what othere people's experience has been.

    Best regards
