My mistake, they're not a business seller. Their user name and logo just make them look like they're a professional shop when actually they're no different to anyone else on eBay.
They don't have to be registered as a business seller to be a business seller.

if they are a business but wrongly registered on ebay it just adds to the general feeling that this seller is perhaps a bit dodgy. If they are a business they should be registered as such, there is no grey area.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Ok well I've now sent a message to the seller asking if they would reimburse my return postage costs.
I have googled the 'shop' name that the seller uses as their ebay id and it quite clearly is a business, they even have a Facebook page where they sell gift items and have 1500 likes! Why aren't they operating as a business on eBay? Is this something worth reporting?0 -

I have given up reporting them now unless I am very bored- it seems only sellers of second hand clothes are treated as 'businesses' by ebay.
One of my competitors has a shop name, refers throughout the text to his 'shop' and has a small logo made up of his shop front. Yet still trades as a private seller despite posting 100 items on every single FLW.
I have reported him using the report 'business does not display business details'. One day when particularly bored I phoned ebay and Dublin were really chatty and helpful and promised to look into it- he still trades as a private sellerI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I have an update, I messaged the seller asking them to agree to reimburse return postage costs before I sent the item back. I waited 7 days with no reply and was going to phone eBay for a post label today but overnight I have received a full refund from the seller which wasn't expected.
What do I do regarding feedback in this situation? Can they leave me bad feedback?0 -

No a seller, can't leave a buyer feedback.
You are perfectly entitled to leave negative, but as they have refunded you in full, If I were in your shoes, I would either leave none, or if you prefer, leave neutral.
I only ever leave negative if a problem occurs and a solution is not reached.0 -

I would leave neutral with a single star for as described and communication. This was eventually resolved with you not needing to spend money on a return but business or not they have not acted in that great a way.0
