I wrote to the bank two weeks ago asking for clarification about what the DD was for and have not heard anything back from them at all. No acknowledgment. Diddly squat. Zero. Zilch. Should I write to them again even though I have filled in all the forms for the FOS (but havent posted them as I wanted to give the bank time to respond with a proper answer). The forms are in my handbag just ready to go.The only way is up from LBM onwards :j0
