It should tell you on the same page as you went to when you got the code….but you go to your personal details section of your RSH account and enter it in there. Press update and it will arrive in your account within the next few days. Hope that all makes sense!:)

When I entered my code there were empty boxes will it go through or have I done something wrong,I put four in each box

It sounds like you have put them in the evoucher code, what you need to do is go to the personal details page and put the voucher code, including the dashes, in to 'offer validation code'. Then they should credit your evoucher page.

I just been on to RSH to chase up my evoucher which I ordered on 12 March and has not been delivered even though I entered my code the same day. I have been told that it is showing on my account but because I clicked the update button since entering the code (including this morning before I rang RSH) this resets the clock and starts another 72 hour delay period before I can use the evoucher. Nothing the nice young man I spoke to could do as its handled externally but I did let him have my "opinion" on the fiasco. What are you supposed to think when you don't get any indication that your code has been accepted?
