I have input my code but when I click on "Update" nothing happens.

Hopelesswithmoney I didn't think it was working when I hit Update, but the code came through no problem.0

when click update it can take up to 72 hours to reach your e voucher a/c (this offer should take less time)0

Agree with the posts above mine, nothing happens when you hit update, but the voucher should pop up within a couple of days in your evoucher section.PAYDBX 2016 #55 100% paid! :j Officially bad debt free...don't count my mortgage.

Has anyone received their evoucher yet. I put my code from Amazon in on 8 March, I waited until yesterday and no voucher so I rang up and was told my code wasn't there, I have put plenty of these codes in to know that it was done correctly, they asked me to forward my Amazon confirmation and they would look at it. Haven't heard anything else, I put the code in again as well. RSH is the worst customer service I've ever known, I won't buy anything from them or for them again.0

I disagree with you on the customer service front. I have contacted them via FB messaging and every time the problem of my missing vouchers has been sorted very quickly. Sorry you have not had the same service:(0
