didnt realise that, I know one is northampton and the other is salford and the info you posted linked in the newbies thread tends to be about northampton and is a year old, whereas prankster recently changed his online books due to more court changes etc

so I admit I am confused and maybe its due to there being more than one system , more than one centre and the recent changes dont help

perhaps we need this explaining better in the NEWBIES thread because until today myself and others will have had little clue in these differences, especially as most tend to be about PE and MCOL northampton

thanks for the info you posted though, its useful feedback although I am not much wiser having never been through either process

I do believe I gave the correct website though in this particular case as the address matched but there seems little other info that I could find in dealing with this "other" system instead of the MCOL you mentioned

ps:- there are some on pepipoo for CEL that mention northampton, yet others seem to be from salford, so there seems to be a lot of CEL court claims being actioned this week at both centres

In my case, the envelope is postmarked Salford, but the Claim Form mentions Northampton County Court, so that may be the cause of some of the confusion?
