Equifax charging £1.50 extra to post credit file?

As the title says. Surely this is ridiculous. Wasn't the point of the £2.00 to cover this sort of thing to start with?
I don't want it visible online for 30 days, I want a physical copy of my report as implied.
Anyone heard of this yet?
I said *No. I am not paying extra over the stat. amount.* and put the phone down.

Get it on line and print it out. Thats what I do. The print view is a lot different to the online version.0

dotdash thanks, but that was not my point. If I prefer it posted to me, then that should be what I get.

I recently got my credit report. I downloaded the form from their website, printed it, filled it and posted it to the address provided along with a £2.00 cheque.
Received the report by post in 5-7 days.
Hope that helps0 -

Could you possibly post the link for the form to print please? I have tried getting my report online, but my card verification fails because of the address is written differently on their systems missing out the road name. It's becoming a headache trying to get my report from them. Thank you.0 -

Yes! IT DOES! Thank you!
(and I know it may seem like I am being petty, but they are profiting from MY info and MY life and how I spend MY money, so I want my report as I want it as is required by law.)0
