vodafone ins call allowance

does any1 know if 0845 and 0871 numbers are included in the monthly free mins? i know it says in their terms that they dont,but 02 terms also said this yet they still came out of my allowance

    Working for Vodafone, I can tell you they do not come out of your allowance, and will be charged.

    oh damn, shame cos i know they do with 02 and thats the only calls i make off my mobile as i got anytime landline calls free off my landline
