New sky fibre broadband

My daughter is transferring to SKY Fibre Broadband - they have said engineer wont need to come into house? She does not have fibre bband at moment, when we moved to fibre we had a BT Openreach engineer - he had to come into house?? Anyone advise me??

    It not necessary. Sky Fibre broadband is self install. The Sky SR102 modem router is comparable with VSDL and ADSL. No need for BT OR modem. The bonus is that you can check the link speed yourself. SIL get s 30 down 10 up.
    That gum you like is coming back in style.
