Evening Fishface....good news re babysitting(every litttle helps) and hope you had a good day shopping today
  • Yes did have a good day shopping & with the exception of a couple of jumpers & a coat think I should be OK! Going away today to Leeds for a confrence but will try to be good. CC is depressingly high so need to get back to my DFW ways, avoid clothes shopping and GET BACK ON TRACK! Problem with loosing so much weight & being able to shop anywhere is that you feel liberated! Unfortunately I am not liberated financially and will need to keep a lid on it! Also weighed myself & put on 2 ibs which is VERY annoying but no surprise as not been "counting" points the last few days & will be impossible while away so when I return will be a saint to make up for it. Going to take my cossie with me & try to get a swim in while away. I'm in a hotel so will be a good idea me thinks! Keep me busy & out of mischief while loosing ibs! Ok MUST get on - need to pack & sort litter trys, change sheets for cat sitter etc! Feel tired already & still have a LONG drive...no laptop so unless I find internet cafe wont log in for a couple of days but feeling positive vibes from you all! Just having a bad day and really hacked off that I got CC's down SO far & now back up again...time to get back to strick budgeting -will do my updated budget & sorting next weekend! Part of the problem is that I dont know what is what so have gone back to paying loads off CC and that leaves me short. Much better the old way when I put a certain amount away & then kept some in savings. That avoids a well *&^ it that tends to happen when I run out of money! Spening doary also needs to return as have been BAD on that front & will advertise on another good babysitting site for more babysitting and see where we go from there. Main thing is NO shopping!! Hugs all & hope you have a good couple of days!

    Hey fishy! :hello:

Sorry to hear that the diet had to go, it seemed to be working well for you (in spite of my reservations about diets like that). However, your health really does come first and at least now you can budget WW with the kick start of having lost so much already!

I'm trying to WW as well (but only counting, not going to meetings as it's too expensive) but living with the inlaws means that I've NO control over what food is in the house or what we have to eat for dinner (and yes, I do sound ungrateful I know but we've tried to tell her we'd like to cook for ourselves in the evening!). It's been red meat and carb city so I'm not doing so well. I shall weeble down the aisle this time next year I'm sure of it! Still I've been to the gym five days out of the last week so getting my money's worth there!!

Stick with it on the cards hun. You will get there eventually (I seem to remember you saying stuff like that to me and now look at my sig!! It does work I promise!)

Enjoy the conference, hope you get a swim in!
