    Usually it's the price.

If the photos look good then, at the right price, you should get some viewings at least.

Could be that flats are not seen as a good long term buy.

    Good luck.

    :)

Is it on a very short leasehold? That will put people off, unless there's a chance of extending it.

Is it on rightmove or somewhere else on the net?

Post a link and let people see it. People on here usually give pretty fair feedback and opinions.

Price is the killer. Check out these guys - http://www.propertysnake.co.uk/ - up to 40% drops and still no sale. Have you similarly wildly overpriced your gaff?

It always is. It's human nature though, to hope there's some other explanation.

it only EVER is price for not selling.

if people say it's nice but the 3rd bedroom is too small, it means your place is overpriced for having a small 3rd bedroom.

same as well bathroom needs redoing, it means your place is overpriced for place that needs a new bathroom.

same as not big enough garden, yep guess what.....

    PRICE

Overpriced! No sale, no viewings, simple fact, undercut the competition, then you will sell, a house is a class of cost relative to worth, if it is not worth the cost, it will not sell?

EVERYTHING sells at the right price!

I could sell snow to eskimos!

I could sell it at minus £1 per killo but to them that is a good price
