Another 5p for me, found by the jet wash whilst out walking.

I knew I would be doing alot of walking today(car too full of stuff leftover from a tabletop sale yesterday,and I don't want to unload it all into my already messy house:3 days of me dragging stuff from the loft has certainly left my house in a state!)
So,doing 3 return walks to school today,I was on the lookout all day.
Found nothing until tonight when I found 20p,20p,1p in the carpark of community centre.Because my 5yo daughter was with me,she claimed it as her own .

Edit:just remembered that we DID find a coin earlier than this:
for afew weeks I have spied a coin (couldn't tell it if was a 1 or 2p) under a counter in local garage,but there was never the opportunity to bend down and pick it up without being conspicuous).Having all the kids with me on the way home from school,I was able to point it out to my 10yo son,and he reached under and got it.It was a 1p.

OH found another 7p today.

So far this month OH 57p

January and February, I found over 90% of the money. But I seem to be having a slow month.

The other week we went away for the weekend. Normally it doesn't take me too long to get my bearings (in a new town) but this time I spent so much time looking at the ground that when my OH left me for a few hours to go to football, I kept getting lost and had to use Google and maps to get me to places that I wanted to go!!!

Pubs are a great place for finding Roadkill. Especially when it has fallen out of the previous occupants trousers. Found £2.00 one evening and approximately £3.80 another day.

I'm in for this. I tend to find quite a bit on my way into work, I have to pass a few shops and pubs and have been quite successful. I also found some in a playground last weekend when the kids had obviously been dangling from the bars - resulting in empty pockets!

Total for the month so far 20p + 20p + 1p. There might even be more, but I can't remember, will keep my eyes peeled!
