That happened to me this morning too! It's sooo frustrating
You did see I got a cheque from CPP for nearly £400 :T I wish I could pay it off the mortgage but the house is eating up all our money at the moment
Sorry I missed your birthday! I hope you had a lovely day:bdaycake: what did you do, did you get thoroughly spoilt?big 4-0 next year eh? Your mother does have a point, imagine having a 40 year old child
Good news on the premier inn refund, I feel like booking a trip away now in the hope we get disturbed :rotfl:
Good luck for Saturday XxMortgage March 2011 £143,927.6

Hello all,
Not posted for a while as I had a tummy bug that was doing the rounds, not too bad really, just a day of feeling washed out, & at least the kids avoided it.
I did the NCT NNS on Sat & made nearly £50 :T. Would have been nearer to £70 before the NCT took their cut. I volunteered & actually enjoyed it (says something about my life) Also got to grab a few bits before the hordes descended so I got a Ben & Holly's scooter & a Night Garden wooden puzzle & the Happyland plane & figures cheap - am especially pleased about the plane as I was thinking of buying it brand new for DD for Xmas as she is currently obsessed with the things - I'm glad we're not on a major flight path or I'd never hear the end of it :rotfl:. The main success of the sale though was clearing out - all the big stuff like the Bosch toy workbench & the ELC garage & sit up cosy went :money:
I've listed a few bits that didn't sell on eBay, seems I randomly received 100 free listings between last Fri & today? Haven't listed for ages so this is all new to me. It seems as quiet as a grave on there though, think the P&P & fees are doing for it. I've contacted a couple of sellers recently & they've offered me really competitive BINs, I see why now! Also it seems you only get one free re-listing now, I'm sure it was 3 when they first changed the rules?
We've been advised to apply for DLA for DS as a result of his Autism. It never occurred to us to apply before but when I came to fill the forms in it really does speak of all his specific difficulties. I know it can be hit & miss though - a friend with an Autistic child was rejected the first time, applied a year later when her son was much improved & got money! Apparently she's recently re-applied as he has massively improved & they kept her award & increased it. So who knows, we'll have to see.
My diet is going well, I've lost 22lb now :j 2lb to go till I hit my target, though I have to say I'm rethinking that, I think my body shape must have changed post-kids as I'm leaner now at this weight than I was 10 years ago when I was a stone lighter! I have a history of being a bit underweight though. I often used to say that there was someone morbidly obese trapped I side me as I love food so much :rotfl:. Looking forward to the odd treat again. I have been thinking of fasting a bit though going forward, I feel this diet has detoxed me & am seeing loads of friends doing well on the 5:2, which my two GP friends also recommend. Apparently you can do 6:1 or even 13:1 (not the game showjust one day per fortnight) for maintenance so might put some thought into that. It's thrilling to be back into my old size 10s again though, I feel like me again & it's really been worth it [STRIKE] & makes me feel justified at the prospect of stuffing my face over Xmas[/STRIKE]

Thanks s_s, a member of staff in Marks & Spencer asked me the other day how I've done it (we got chatting when I returned bigger jeggings & exchanged them for smaller ones
) & I said "by really restricting my diet & being bliddy miserable to everyone I know" :rotfl:

Wow RT 22lb is absolutely amazing :T I'm also going to give 5:2 a go, I've now got a stone to lose so I have to do something. I've been doing a bit of research and it seems to really work and lots of people swear by it. I'm trying to find the horizon programme to watch as I didn't see it at the time. I'm going to have my first fast day tomorrow  I need to plan my meals so I know exactly what I'm having. I don't know weather to skip breakfast and lunch and have a 500 cal dinner or to have to smaller meals...it's going to be tough though! Let me know what you decide to do! :j
Well done on your bargains at the NNS :T are you keeping them for Christmas pressies or have they had them already? Also good luck with your DLA application. I hope you get it
I noticed that about the re-lists on eBay. It was definitely 3 the last time I listed something...grr:mad: I had 6 watchers on an item the other day and not one bid, I was really annoyed, I felt sure it would sell. Oh well try again.Mortgage March 2011 £143,927.6

Hi RT, congrats on the weight loss, that's an amazing amount.
They changed the relist thing from three to one a couple,of weeks ago.
It's a shame, as it saved constant manual relists, and often things would sell on the third relist.
It was about the only thing people liked about eBay recently, and now it's been done away with !
Good luck with the DLA, hopefully you'll get a good resultEarly retired - 18th December 2014
