    well i got a reply!

    says it was signed by someone called mrs haynes and i dont know of anyone of that name that lives here either

    Its ebuyers responsibility to get the parcel to you.

    Only the signature of the contracted party can close the deal.
    Inform them they have failed to provide the goods as per contract and what the courier they employed has done with the goods is not your problem.
    Which debit card do you use ?

    quick update

    i wrote a letter to ebuyer and told them i would only accept written correspodance due to the rudeness of there online service and heard nothing back from them.....

    few days ago my bank refunded me the money while they look into it!

    Had this before where its considered "delivered" when handed off to the local agent and out of "yodels" hands. Local agent finally delivered it about 3 weeks later...

    The pay for working delivery co. pay is at basic if not a bit below (breaks not paid) therefore expect it.

    Royal mail staff are paid more and therefore a better service is given
    Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring
