BT Infinity - cancel/retentions?

Hi all,
I've had BT Infinity 2 since May 2012, so am now out of the minimum 18 month commitment period.
Has anyone had their service cost reduced by haggling with BT?
If I were to say, consider moving to Sky fibre or TT, would BT be likely to offer a retention deal?
Thanks.

Nobody else get a better deal with BT the same way Sky/Virgin have retention deals to keep their customers?0

Hi, I'm on the same package as you and at renewal Retentions offered me £3.50 off Infinity and a YouView box for £25 (I said I wanted to cancel).0
