Hi All
I am currently with Sky Fibre for my broadband, but considering a move to EE Home Fibre broadband...
Good move, or stay where I am. Works out slightly cheaper per month and includes 1000 minutes to mobiles too.
Thanks

Don't bother wating your time, effort, energy and most of all cash. We done exactly what your thinking of, back in November, and its the worst service i've ever had. Its slower than our old BT dial up connection, and when you try to speak to EE about the issues, they couldnt care less. Biggest mistake i've ever made, to the point that im going to pay to get out of the contract becuase its causing us sooooo much pain!0 -
I'm with EE's reselling of BT's FTTC and it suits my usage pattern just fine. However they do throttle the speed in the evenings and many other people find this a pain.
The Brightbox 2 modem/router that they're now supplying was a doddle to install; no need for a BT Openreach visit. Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

The Customer Services department of EE (formerly HORRANGE) are the worst/most incompetent people that I have had the misfortune to deal with. Enuf said!!0
