    Morning everyone

Hugs Mumto5. Sounds like things are really bad for you and I wish there was something helpful I could say but I suppose you just need to keep thinking of yourself and whats right for you in the long run.

Probably a good thing I havent been on for a couple of days or I would have just moaned at you all. Six days at work and I was still expected to cook tea last night. Sigh.

Anyhow, the sun is shining and I am determined to have a day off today. Some gentle pottering will be done, especially laundry as the sun is shining but thats it.

Oh and a belated happy birthday CY!

    I have washed the Vallimobile
stuck loads more washing on the line
    cleaned the dining room
    emptied DW
perspired...outside...in MARCH - and I am wearing my Miranda top (the top I am wearing was one she wore in the series;)) which has short sleeves...
idly pulled at a few weeds.
planted out the hyacinths (xmas gift from pupil) and the mini daffs (on offer in Morries) now that they have flowered and are beginning to 'go'. This will be my third 'clump' of mini daffs if they survive! They usually do!

    WARNING! WHINGE ALERT!

I swear, my entire family would have me wipe their backsides if they could. I had a horrible migraine in the night, sick, the lot. And despite there being six other capable people in the house, no one has done ANYTHING this morning. Not a sausage, except make more mess. I have asked, nagged, shouted and huffed and it's worse than it was at 10am. DS1 even had the nerve to strop when I refused to stop ironing to make him a sandwich. Seriously?! He's 12 years old, I think he can butter bread and slap some ham on it.

I am so fed up of being overworked and under appreciated.

I'm done moaning now. Move along, nothing to see here ;)

    Anyone seen Honeybear?

 Hi Deco! I've been trying to keep up with Fred, but have been exhaustingly busy for eight days and haven't even logged on some days. It's all stopped now, so I can set about catching up on all the things I haven't been able to do. I've got a list as long as my arm. (((Hugs))) for your anniversary - not the easiest of times for you.

Belated happy birthday CY for yesterday, and I'm sorry I missed it.

Huge, huge (((hugs))) for you, Mumto5 and FizzWizz. Family life sounds grim for you both. I hope things improve very quickly.

Ionafan you do make me laugh although I know I shouldn't. Post 234 is hilarious. They can be useless at times and just not see it. It sounds as though Mr Kitten, Mr Ionafan and my OH are all members of the same club.

Mrs Dog has AF visiting! The vet informs me that dogs don't stop. Ever. I am in two minds about letting the animal rescue people know because it might sound like a complaint, and it doesn't really make any difference to anything. The vet has told me about problems that may occur, so other than keeping an eye on her, it doesn't matter. All dog bedding and her sheepskin rug have been run through the washing machine. I love, love, love the sunshine.
    Better is good enough.

Hi Honey Bear  Glad I made you laugh :rotfl:. Fortunately I could see the funny side of yesterday by the time I wrote those 2 posts. Don't you find that just typing it all up begins to get everything into proportion.

Today we had friends round for a proper Sunday dinner, which was very enjoyable. After they'd gone, DH sat down and watched the second half of the England v Wales match, while I did all the washing up and clearing away. Now he says he's too tired to go out for a walk. I am dragging him out into the sunshine - it's a glorious day and we've got another hour till sunset.

Will see you all on the new thread.
