I have an Orange contract with the one stop phone shop that i wish to cancel. do i send my cancelation letter to orange or 1stopphoneshop? if so does anybody know the address or fax number if they except fax cancelations.
They have no info on this on there website, i wonder why?

your contract is with orange call them on your handset tthey will take notice by phone then follow up with recorded del letter as per call

bought phone from carphone warehouse last year on voda network.
i had to go back n forth from voda to cpw . each time i contacted one , iwas told to contact other to cancel contract after one year.
now i am having to write to cpw again as voda have sent me an email that they r my contract providers.
this is really confusing

Tell Orange CS. If you like, you can get them to send you a payg SIM to replace it (unless you're using a PAC to transfer elsewhere). This SIM can have the same or a different number - give it to a friend?
