Benefits stopped, danger of becoming homeless

My Daughter has had all her benfits cut, completely

No she isnt a sgrounger before anyone says, she works damned hard, 3 jobs a day, 5days a week, but unfortunately all part time, but unfortunately as they are all associated with the education/child care sector, these are only 39 weeks a year.

Her annual gross basic income is £11868 per annum, and she lives in a private rented house.

She has 1 son living at home who is also on in the same part time occupation and is on a Paid apprenticeship working 22 hrs a week 39 week of the year, and he is over 18, so receives no benefits either.
He also has a severe arthritis condition which needs a lot of medication at high cost as no benefits are received, and also they wont accept this as a disablement.

It would appear that possibly the powers that be are ignoring the fact that this is ONLY a 39 week per annum income and are not assessing things correctly, but they are extremely stubborn and long winded which has got to a state where she is in dire straights, struggling to have any money for fuel bills food and rent, plus she has to run a car for running around to the various differing location she has to for work.

We did an online benefits assessment and that said she should be receiving benefits, but the situation is now dire, and not being sorted either correctly or quickly enough.

WHO SHOULD SHE TURN TO PLEASE???

with term time working, they often pay over 12 months rather than just the working months.
WTC could be an option (they accept term time working) but payment would be minimal (maybe about £10 per week)
The son should look at filling in a HC1 for prescriptions based on low income or if his income is too high to look at the prepaid certificates

Coud you explain a little further, it would appear that they are assuming in assessment that based on her weekly wage she has that for 52 week/ yr rather than 39?
I get the feeling that as the assesssments are based on weekly they arwe not taking into account the actual number of weeks worked?

The others are being looked into but it takes time, and my opinion is she needs someone to help her with her case, but who?

The 3 jobs all have different hours and different hourly pay rates, which I dont have full detail of to hand, but we did the online assessment based on the total gross basic annual income, which is as stated.

ALL benefits have been stopped, housing and TC, again dont have full details to hand?

Has she just lost her lone parent element, ie the child related ones?

From the online assessment done using the annual gross income, it came up with entitlements of Council Tax Benefit of £12.66/wk and Housing Benefit of £97.53/ wk, which would see her OK, not totally due to a build up of debt that is occuring due to the delays as she has been trying to sort this for about 2 months, but would get her out of a problem.

Coincidentally on the online assessment it also gave a figure for Universal Credit, if they were available in her area, of more, £130 + / wk ???

Without wishing to seem ungrateful for the advise, it is helpful, but what is most important is WHO can she turn to to get support and help to get this sorted as quickly as possible, as the longer it takes the worse the situation will be?
