Where can I get a cheap used iPhone 4S?

My mum would like an iPhone but she doesn't want a brand new model and said she is quite happy with a 4S. She wants to stay PAYG but doesn't want to spend a huge amount.
Any suggestions on reputable places that sell refurbed iPhones at all?
Thanks.

Sadly, iPhone and 'don't want to spend a huge amount' shouldn't be used in the same post :p

I would agree, CEX is a good bet for an oldish phone as you get a 12 month warranty with it (also covers if the phone was to get blacklisted by the original owner).

Try Smartphonestore.com. They are online and have a shop in central London, I have used them a few times and was impressed

I'm aware of that, I paid an upfront cost to get mine.
