I was contacted about my Virgin/MBNA card and received those firms. I filled them in and returned them and I couldn't remember anything except that when I saw I had PPI a few months ago I rang and cancelled it. So most of mine was completed with "I don't know".
I had a cheque refund for about £250, which was great.0
