Hello everyone. At the minute, The Works have reduced the price of this Giles & Posner Halogen oven from £29.99 to £19.99.

If you use the code found here...

Then the price is reduced to £13.99 delivered. I received mines yesterday. It's a cheap way of trying this method of cooking. It comes with a 2 year guarantee. It's 7 litres which extends to 10 litres with the ring (means nothing to me!) Not a massive oven, but not tiny either. Will take a full chicken no problem.

Hope that helps someone. (forgot to add - Quidco giving 18% cashback today at this retailer!)

For what it's worth, I've got the same brand (Giles & Posner) cupcake maker. Given it as a present and was dubious, but when I tried it thought it was great (ditto their customer service when I had a question on using it with silicone cupcake cases).

Have just ordered the halogen oven because I too would like to try this method and have had a good experience of the brand.

    Thanks OP!

TCB will quite often decline cashback if you have used an unapproved code.

"Please note that the use of a The Works promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback, may affect your eligibility for cashback."
  • Does anyone know if this would be suitable for just one person meals, or is it more geared to family sizes?
Also what exactly is halogen cooking and altho I have looked at link, it does not state size of cooker - I have a very small kitchen
