hey all ive been to VW today and got over £1000 knocked off my car im well chuffed its already been built aswell and its ready to be shipped here. Other than that im ok bit tired not slept too well. i hope everyone is ok

Earlier today I had a huge urge to overdose again. I really wanted to do it and I still do. Other than my job I have nothing to live for and what's the point living just to work. I don't have any close family or friends so it's not like I'd be leaving many people behind. I've had enough of this so-called life and just want it to end.

RBK, sorry that you are feeling low. There is hope. Things can improve. You can find friends. You can make your life something that you are happy with. I know its hard, but things can, and will get better. Is there anything you want to do with your life? I've got a list of things that I'm going to try before I consider suicide. If you aren't happy, can you think of anything you can do to improve the situation? Is there any help on offer that you could accept?

I was like that, so I just started doing the things that I assumed 'normal' people liked doing! Eventually, I started to enjoy them, now I'm coming up with ideas of things I want to do by myself.

Is there are tourist place in your town? A museum, gallery, park? Somewhere interesting that you've never been?

I had a cleaning day as usual then dad came over and I felt really low,Pyschologist rang me about a situation I was in last week and I had a little blip dont want to say more about it now though as I am all talked out I went to mums for lunch as I didnt want to be on my own and it was really nice


I am watching Holby at 8pm sorry no room in suitcase to take you BMF,I would love to take everyone but its just impossible
