Yeah I had a nap after work. I feel silly always being so tired. Most people my age are out and up late but I just have no energy and can't keep my eyes open.
I really should do some of my coursework tomorrow. Is it essays that you need to write?-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Sounds like you're going to busy. I hope you manage to get it all done. Yeah naps are good I suppose
you do tend to feel refreshed afterwards.

Hey guys.
Feeling really low today, feeling really lonely and like no one understands or even cares. But i've only told 3 people i'm depressed so i guess that's my fault but i dont wanna seem like i'm attention seeking by telling more people.
I only saw the dr on thursday for the 1st time so waiting for referal but i just feel so lost and like i dont fit in or i'm not wanted and there's no point to anything.
I'm training to be a midwife and that's my world, i dont want to mess it up or quit or take a year out. I need to do it and if i cant then why am i here?
Sorry for the offload....just needed to tell someone what i'm feeling who kinda understands.Trying to remain debt free!

A lot of people don't understand depression anyway - who can blame them? Can you really describe it? - so telling them might not help anyway.
Don't be afraid to tell people how you're feeling, but don't think they'll necessarily think you're an attention seeker. If you trust them enough to tell them, surely they know you well enough to know you're genuinely ill?
You don't want to take a year out, but taking time out to get better is more favourable than letting your illness affect your studying, no? Sometimes it's better to just take a step back and concentrate on getting better. It can be hard to juggle everything, especially with an all-consuming illness like this.
If you think you can cope then by all means go for it, but don't be afraid to put things on hold. It's not giving up, it's giving yourself a chance to do things to the best of your abilities.
Besides, people will still be having babies whenever you do get around to finishing the course, so there's no hurryThey say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -
morning all, this feels like the longest weekend ever, and its really getting me down, had kids off school since thurs which dosen't help. fed of of having no life, no friends, nowhere to go, same old boring staying in, kids playing games, me putting on a fake smile, but wanting to do something more exciting, than sitting on my fat ar*e watching them playing computer games, there gotta be more to life than this
shaz xenjoy life, we only get one chance at it:)0 -
