    :hello: Everyone,

I have been out with my parents this morning for a walk while the weather was nice and sunny :) I went for a walk around a National Trust estate Garden called Killerton, its just outside Exeter and worth a visit,my parents always go there to see the lovely flowers blooming and they rang me this morning to see if I wanted to go,at first I didnt but then I went ok and I was glad I had gone :) Had a sleep when I got back home as I felt tired but now feel better again after having a nice hot meal of Chicken Masala and Yellow Basmati Rice :)

relaxing this afternoon :) thanks QWB for the pm,have noted what you have said for the future :)

    love and light,

hi steph, hope your mood has lifted from this morning. i'm feeling better than i was, been to woodwork this morning and the guys there have a laugh, and i like the atmosphere, its the evenings alone i hate, they seem to drag on forever, and i also hate dark mornings, as i just dont want to get out of bed.
    big hugs
    shaz x

Some good news to share! I walked to the corner shop today - felt fine yippee! But then had to go into the village this afternoon for more painkillers for Mum, so got the taxi to run me down again.

When I got there the doctors couldn't find the prescription. I didn't want the poor taxi man waiting and missing other fares for me so I went and said he could go on his way and he made sure I had his number and would send someone straight round if I wanted but, what came over me I don't know, I said I'd think I'd walk home

Found the prescriptionm picked that up. Then went along to the co-op to treat myself to a cake and then walked back home :j

Never, ever been that far from my comfort zone in years. And it was fine (well the weather wasn't!) but no panic attack just the realisation I am very unfit :rotfl:

Things can change for the better peeps - now lets all hug!!

    Hi everyone!

Today went well, not too busy, not too lazy, so was good. I worked 11.35 till 3.05 (bizarre shift) and I did well today. Got a lady to sign up for a credit card, so my boss was really pleased. :D

Did a mystery shop at Halifax after work and that went well too-gave them a glowing report! They do this special offer on current accounts which is only available in Devon and Cornwall for half price car insurance if you sign up soon. I'm tempted by that!

Been to cardio tone this evening, trying to make an effort with my exercise again. I'm going to get weighed again next week, so I want to have lost a bit.

Sitting watching Holby with my mum now, relaxing after my tea and bath.

    Hope everyone is doing ok.

    Xx
