    :hello: Everyone,

Hope you are alright, *hugs* to those that feel down etc :) Shazrobo re your ex give it time and thought, for me the best thing I did was leave mine, but we are friends and each time I see him I give a smile say a quick hello and do my own thing,I am happy being single and for me that is the way it is staying as I only get unhappy when I am with someone.I am also friends with another ex too,I am just so lucky I can stay friends with them :)

Dawny sorry to hear you are not ok right now, hope things get easier soon *hugs*

*hugs* to those that want one

i know that we wouldnt be able to stay friends, if we didnt get back together, he has said as much. in fact he said it wouldnt be fair to the next girl to come along if he still talks to his ex.
and i dont have many friends, as i dont have much confidence to go aout and talk to people. think i'm thinking more of losing the close friendship, having sombody to go shopping with, days out etc rather than any other side of the relationship

Hi Peeps.......:grouphug: to those in pain, either physical or emotional---or both:o

Toothache is so awful; I keep meaning to phone our dentist for an appointment:cool: but the days don't seem to be as long as they were! I've got a big crack thru one tooth near the back & the youngest offspring desperately needs a filling:( so I'd best get it sorted so we can 'enjoy' xmas.

Why are you keeping Tuesday night's Holby story quiet:cry:I was relying on yooze guys & can't :huh:why you won't tell me? I'm saving my biggest  for the person who tells me what happened..........anyone?........ha-loo-hoo?..... ......guy-eyes...aw !!!'on.... stop messin around!.......OK, I take it back; I'll just say thanks if that's how you feel about it........You lot don't:naughty:play fair & I'm gunna tell on you:p

Hope I've made you smile for a little while, & Peaceful Minds folks. BMFx

  • Hi The Devil Made Me Do It (great name!)

I've not taken Zispin. As I'm sure you know, anti-depressants have different effects on different people. What works for some people doesn't work for other. That said, it can sometimes be helpful to read other peoples experiences. At the Patient website, you can read peoples experiences of Zispin (Also known as Mirtazapine) here:
    http://experience.patient.co.uk/discussion_list.php?d=109

Please do not get disheartened if you read that it doesn't work for some people. That doesn't mean it won't work for you. I'd also recommend you don't read up on your medication if you are prone to developing side-effects once reading them!

I've just started on a new type of medication, and I can understand how you may be feeling unsure. If you want to talk, there are lots of people who have experience of depression, anxiety and antidepressants here. I'm feeling alright with the new tablets, although I feel like a zombie with a hyper sense of smell. I can smell everything and its really making me feel sick!

Hmm not sure whether that patient website is a bit over the top with their opinions of this drug. I suppose all I can do is give it a shot. I'm already taking Lofepramine, but am going through a real bad time, so psychiatrist has prescribed zispin as an add on. Fingers crossed.

Hi hope everyone is ok today. I've been feeling really tired for the last couple of days and I'm worried I might be coming down with something which wouldn't be good for Christmas.

Been busy today, had my hair done and I finished off my Christmas shopping, but there just aren't enough hours in the day to do everything. Been trying to get the house something like it for tomorrow for when OH gets home.

    Xx

I just want to give up now. It's all become too much for me.
But I don't want to upset my Fiance and our parents. :(

I just don't know what to do.

Hi Dawney,Hang in there things WILL get better although you can not see that at the moment.Feelinggoods advice is very good and she has been where you are now.All i would add is try and get an earlier apointment at the Doctors if that is not possible then when you go on the 21st explain to the new Doctor exactly how you have being feeling even if things have improved a little by then.I do not know how long you have been on your meds but as they are not working maybe the Doctor will change them.Infact if i was you i would actualy ask if that was possible. If as you say you have no reason to feel as you do then you obviously have clinical depression which needs to be treated correctly.
  • Hi all im feeling a bit better now me and my OH are doing really well apart from being torn about christmas day and everything its driving me mad! Im still not sleeping too good either :(

i cant wait till the weekend!!! yay!

hope everyone is ok. love hugs and kisses
