:hello: guys, I hope you are all OK and have a lovely day.

I'm feeling :mad: and today. My so-called friend said I was fat and atm I'm really really sensitive about my weight. I know I shouldn't take it to heart but I do. I think I'm fat but when someone else says it too it just confirms my thoughts. For the last couple of weeks I've really restricted food and over the past week I've lived on 1 meal a day and been to the gym but what good has it done. I'm obviously not restricting it enough

Hi rbk,make sure you eat enough,r u eating then going to the gym to burn the calories off?(:eek:),bit dodgy that,try to be happy with who you are,happiness comes from inside

rbk.....know exactly the feeling re the weight.my sons at it now and hes 13.being a little **** just lately.hormones......good kick up the jacksie, i say, if he keeps on.and the same for the dh,must have pmt(him not me!!)bad day, today but should have expected no less as have had quite a good few days.
andi.....didnt know sil was 27,apologies.....should no better if hes that old.
rose....really glad for you.good news to cheer us up at last.well done.xxand 75% is really generous.
