It's actually 4, I just forgot to update it today :D

My best friend says I should stop drinking because it makes me really depressed, and I agree with him so I am. Also, a lot of websites say people with bipolar shouldn't drink.

I went in the bath when everyone was out, and I forgot to take my pj bottoms. But then they came back! So I ended up streaking through the kitchen (well, I had a towel, but it wasn't very big!), and both my daddy and my sister saw!

Hugs for everyone, as it seems like you all need them.

I've had a few ups and downs in my life, as everyone does. I try to offer support and ideas when I can for what it's worth. No-one has to face anything alone, imho.

rose and slowlyfading HUGE HUGS to you both, please please keep talking, theres someone here. So many times over the last month or two I've just gone to the kitchen drawer and looked in. Then I look at the scars on my arm. They aren't nice and I'm ashamed of them. That stops me. The good feeling isn't so good when you can't wear short sleeves without someone asking you what you did to your arm......like juno says there are alternatives.

rose, if you're already hurt, please call nhs direct and get a dr to come and see you, please sweetie. I'm worried about you. I'm going to be here for a while, please pm me if you want

Gosh what a bad night on the thread.

    SF and Rose
I hope you both are OK and have resisted any bad urges.
Look, I feel I know you both and I can tell you that you are strong girlies. I read it in your posts, both the good ones and the bad. Life is crap, and maybe awful now. But self-harming is no answer. And leaves a legacy which just stores up trouble for later.

Only words I know, but you know this from your own experiences too.
Try to find a way to release the anger/fustration/pain in a less destructive way. I'm not preaching, hopefully I am just caring. Coz I care about you both.

Sorry if this comes across wrong
