Primus - Lord this is confusing!

So I'm with virgin at the moment, paying £13 a month for my broadband. I don't pay line rental (it's a scam!!) I have my phone through a VOIP provider. For my TV I have sky but that's not a problem.

So I found the primus home phone offer on broadbandchoices and that's £5.99 a month just for line rental but what I'm wondering is can I add a different companies broadband onto this and who does standalone broadband???

Ideally I would like to find a Broadband provider (unlimited) for under £4 a month and then I've got my internet for under £10!!!
