Parking Eye

Hello,

I too have been stung by Parking Eye in exactly the same car park and feel like an idiot but I was in a rush and only read the one sign (which I parked directly beneath) which stated a need to pay and display between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. As I parked at 19.58 to 22.12 I did not purchase a ticket and now have a £100 fine.

I have read the FAQs etc for forum newbies but I am afraid to say I don't really understand it.

Would it be ok to use a similar letter to Lucile McNeil's above as it is the same car park the same appeals would surely apply? Should I also take photos of the signs?

Thank you!

Ps this site is so helpful.

If you have read the newbies thread, why have you hijacked this thread? Now I suggest you go back to that thread and read some more. When you have question can you please create a new thread for it.

    Many thanks

Welcome to MSE! I am sure you will have your own thread soon as you should have posted all along, if you needed help, but...back to the sticky threads at the top!

...you say you have read the NEWBIES thread where I show ONE template copy & paste appeal letter, pre-written for you. You only have to copy & paste it into the PE online appeal page, you don't need to copy any different appeal someone else used on another thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

When you read the thread linked above, you will get the picture. Lots of people here to help. One important thing, when is the NTK dated?
