Live in a flat - will I get cashback for Sky broadband only?

The conditions on both Quidco and Topcashback for qualifying for cashback on Sky purchases say that you don't qualify for cashback if you live in a block of flats. I presume this is because of the complications arising from communal dishes, so I'm wondering whether this condition actually applies to broadband only orders (no TV)?

The condition you refer to states no cashback if you live in block of flats and does (on paper) cover all their cashback offers, which include telephone and broadband.

(You cannot just take broadband only anyway)

I know that's what it says "on paper". Quidco similarly says "Customers living in a block of 4 or more flats and/or if any installation is made by a specialist team and not Sky, cashback will not be awarded." But if you're not getting a dish installed I can't see why it ought to affect the cashback. Has anyone reading this got cashback for Sky broadband in a block of flats?

As above , you can only have stand alone broadband, if you have a special deal, having been an O2 or BE customer; these deals being made direct and not via cash back sites.

You have to take the line rental to have broadband.

Sorry, yes, I meant line rental and broadband, but not TV.
