I'm all at odds n' sods since we went away again at the weekend there (camping :rotfl:yes we are mental).

Came home yesterday to a defrosted leg of lamb in the fridge but it never made it to the oven. Instead I made a quick pot of broccoli & stilton soup for a late supper.

Since I'm off work today the leg is being tackled with a garlic, rosemary and mustard rub and I have made a batch of mince for later in the week and the freezer.

    • Slow roast leg of lamb, roast potatoes and veggies, usual trimmings and gravy
    • Mince beef and tatties, savoy cabbage and peas
    • LO lamb made into spicy burritos with hm coleslaw
    • Turkey tikka (from freezer) with spicy roast veg and cous-cous
    • HM pizza night
    • Soup (broccoli) and pud (prunes n' lo-cal custard)
    • Mushroom omelette, sweet potato wedges and hm coleslaw
Breakfasts as usual - porridge, or toast or eggs

Lunches - mostly packed: soups, left overs, sandwiches, oatcakes, crudities humus etc

NO TREATS :o after 2 weekends away my waistline has expanded again so its a bit of fruit if needed and no more.

Have a great week and good plan everyone x
