Any feedback appreciated.

Got a new contract with them earlier this week. Can't comment on cashback reliability, but regarding the gadget helpline, they send you an email a few days after they've shipped your phone with details. Mine ended up in the junk folder, so watch out for that.

You can then easily cancel here: https://secure.tmti.net/vip/

This generated two emails - one to confirm the cancellation, and a second one to confirm cancellation of direct debit.

I've cancelled them previously a few years back using the same method without any issues.

i agree, i have not had any problems cancelling gadget helpline, and I'm about 18 months into my contract with mobiles.co.uk, all cashback has been honoured.

I have run many family a cash back contract with this outfit. Their rules are the web site and must be followed. They use Emails effectively.
On two occasions I have had someone new making mistakes at there end. Exchanged emails on my account on their web site and problem goes away.

If you are a light user check Dial a phone.

Wife & I are now 1/3 of the way thru' our 2nd contract with them & so far cashback has been fine on both our contracts (I got my 2nd cheque of my current contract just this am.) & cancelling the insurance was easy. Best of luck.

  • Hi

  • I've bought a cashback deal from them, no issues so far.

me too, no problems with cashback. just make sure you read, understand and stick to all of the T&C's. The one that seems to be most commonly overlooked is that if you keep your number from a previous contract / PAYG number via a PAC code, you must register it with mobiles.co.uk

On the second deal I've done with these, they've spread out the timeframe for claiming cashback, but they do honour it if the terms are met, I find.
