^^^^ As you can see, the chores were a raging success thanks to the power of the [STRIKE]strike[/STRIKE].
Happy Monday everyone.
I'm glad mine is over!
Lately I'm feeling a little bit extra emotional. I think it's because of the job change, change in sleeping pattern and obviously being a little out of my comfort zone in a new workplace.
Spent way too much $$ on chocolate today
not very :money: of me at all.
Oh well, off to bed. Pretty early for me really, I'm trying to work on going to bed earlier. Unfortunately my talents lie elsewhere, but I suppose I will adjust eventually.$10k Emergency Fund - DONE!

House prices are too high, I don't think anyone would be able to buy a house in the next 5 to 7 years. The prices have just gone ridiculously high0

I think it depends on where you live. I am in Australia. In the town I am currently living I could probably never afford to buy, other towns are a little more affordable.$10k Emergency Fund - DONE!

Another day, another dollar.
Had a pretty good day at work. Then walked the dog, watered the garden and made dinner.
One of my many goals is to go outside more and get more sunshine as well as exercise. You know you've got a problem when you are outside and you look up at the sky and you think to yourself "holy heck I haven't even looked at the sky for months". Well those days are to be well and truly over.
Car is getting service tomorrow so hopefully it has nothing wrong with it so it will only cost the capped price.
Anyways, off to bed.$10k Emergency Fund - DONE!

Yay it's the weekend again!
My silly workplace is being delayed with paying me for all of the extra hours I am doing so there's not really any money to put towards the House Deposit Savings . I know I will get the money eventually but it's just annoying having to wait. I am keeping up with my other savings and have been working on refining my budget so that each category gets a fair amount of money.
Plenty of chores to do around the house so I'd better get my skates on. Might have lunch first though.$10k Emergency Fund - DONE!

Happy Monday once again.
Had pretty good day although I may have had a moment of weakness and took an unplanned trip to the grocery store and stocked up on chocolate and chips
One of my fish is sick
. Keeping fish is something I really enjoy but I am getting fed up as I can't seem to keep fish alive despite the fact that I probably take a lot better care of them than most people do. I am seriously considering just giving up, plus it can be such a money pit.
Perhaps and NSD tomorrow? Hopefully.
On the plus side it is finally raining here! Lord knows we need it.
Does anyone have their own diary? Please post a link, I would love to read it!$10k Emergency Fund - DONE!

Poor Fishy is dead

Not much else to report I'm afraid. Managed to stay away from the shops today although I did spend $35 on plants for my fish tank.
...Told you fish keeping was a money pit.$10k Emergency Fund - DONE!
