I ordered a free by rebate bottle of raspberry ketone fresh from a company called healthrizon.com, this advert was advertised on Facebook and when clicked on the link showed celebrities has used this product, the offer was to pay for post and packaging only for £4.95, so I gave my bank details. Then looked in my emails had not received a confirmation email for my order, I did receive a email from a shipping insurance company who was insuring my parcel, no fee was mentioned in the email and I didn't even know who or why they emailed me. I then decided to call my bank I just had a feeling something wasn't right. I called them to find that there was two pending payments £153.95 from healthrizon and £1.99 from this shipping company I did not authorize these amounts, I was told I could not stop these payments til they showed in my account. I then found a confirmation email in my junk mailbox from healthrizon confirming my order for 90 days supply and a link to a rebate form after 30 days. I managed to get through to the company by phone I asked them to cancel my order as I only authorized the £4.95 for post and packaging she explained could not cancel and to get a refund I had to send rebate form after 30 days. Then I would get a refund for £149.she also told me to keep the product once they arrived if I sent them back unused I wouldn't get a full refund. Can u please help I have never heard of free by rebate I thought I was signing for a free trial offer with price of post packaging only I did not authorize the amount of £153.95.
