well, I'm near to a response time, I'll let you know if I win or lose, got a bit of optimism about this one - and if I'm wrong, it's a loss. Someone drove up from way down south today and paid me for a collection only. That's a win. My reputation matters.

It wouldn't be the first time I've been given 3 pieces of mail to sign for on the POD machine, only to discover 1 was for a neighbour.

IF I kept it, there would be a POD sig, but the true recipient would be none the wiser. Hence a claim to the RM that the POD is unknown should get things moving.

I was thinking Andy meant a paper sig upload?

dropping back months later - to say that royal mail wrote me a cheque for £20 but had my buyer not confirmed he didn't get it and been supportive, they wouldn't have. reason I know that, is I got a rejection letter followed by a cheque, the day the buyer told me he'd intervened.
