PCN in the dark (CPM UK Car Park Management)

They have a copy of the appeal form on the back of the second page with the verification code but no explanation to who POPLA are or the process of appeal.

If I didn't have you guys on here I would have no idea who they are or what they did.

I know the fellow member who was in the same location has already appealed to POPLA on his case.

I will submit the letter this week.

You could include in your POPLA appeal at the top, the fact that this Operator put a copy of the appeal form on the back of the second page - but no explanation to who POPLA are or the process of appeal at all. This is a BPA Code of practice breach. That won't be your winning point but it should be noted by POPLA.

POPLA have kindly informed me they have allowed my objection to the PCN due to the fact surprisingly (sarcasm) CPM UK did not reply to them with copy's of any documents at all.
