Thanks again, yes it looks very similar I will take some night pictures this evening as it seems there is a few cases at the same location. It will be interesting to see if they put any lights up in due course.

Letter was posted yesterday and obtained my postage certificate so will sit tight and see what happens next.

    Night pictures to follow.

OK last night I took a night picture with no flash I will post just the 1 picture as you will get the drift as the rest are pretty much same unable to see anything.

This was the clearest one you can just make out a car parked there along with a light to the left which is the back door of a fast food outlet and to the right you can see the lights of the high street.

Appreciate if a senior could make the linky accesable.

The bottom of that sign appears to be at least eight feet above the ground.

Yes it is 8-9ft at least and I can't make out 1 letter in the dark. Car headlights are no where near it it when you turn into the car park..

The other poster, Cazador, has added that this is the same car park so you can compare notes on your POPLA appeal wording (exactly the same would be fine!) when you get your rejection letters from UKCPM.

s1049.photobucket.com/user/Sportline30/media/rejection1.jpg.html]rejection2.jpg.html]Appreciate if someone could kindly make linky's available. I know another member has sent of his letter to POPLA who had issues at the same location. Appreciate all help and info. Thank you very much.

In that covering letter they don't explain what POPLA is nor mention the code. Did they just randomly attach a POPLA appeal form without further explanation - or is there no POPLA appeal form or 10 digit verification code with that letter at all?

Your POPLA appeal should be the same as the other poster's!
