Parking Eye Phone Number

However I doubt anybody who works for PE would be there!;)
Probably, but any county court claims must go to the registered address I believe. On that have you checked Vinci ? Lots of companies to muddy the waters, they will be hearing from me soon I thinkWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I have just sent a LBA to TV Licensing, PE's stable mate, for harassment. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

So no offence Slithy, but don't make sweeping comments without knowing the facts behind the issue.0

Just as a matter of interest, if they use a premium rate phone number on their signs, I'm sure they're obliged under the BPA guidelines to provide a national number, or did I misread somewhere?0
-
It might be a guideline, but they would probably just say that there is one out there, and that they provide a postal address and e-mail address. Also, the BPA is pretty toothless and doesn't really seem to care what parking companies do as long as they pay their annual subscription.0
-
The reason I phoned them is because I am sending them a letter before claim and wanted to check which address was their registered address for the purposes of having legal documentation served. An audit trail is not always required, but thankfully my office has telephone recording software meaning the audio file of the phone conversation is stored on my computer, along with the data log of the number called, call duration etc.
So no offence Slithy, but don't make sweeping comments without knowing the facts behind the issue.
ditto others sentiments the more counterclaims the better:D
I'm assuming here da_rule that you included the counterclaim clause then in your initial appeal to parking eye?
As a matter of interest which address did they provide you to serve papers on?0 -

The one at the bottom of their PCN, not the PO Box payment address, this is also the address listed with Company's House.0
