I seem to have been here for ever without a chance of graduation. Never mind. I feel like I couldn't leave you all now.
You actually made me "aww" there. Not that I'm taking the creditI just thought it was a really heartwarming sentiment. You are all a very lovely bunch.
I went to the "Big Tesco" on the Stratford Rd today, they had tonnes of stuff RTC. I got a few bits and actually felt a twinge of guilt on the drive home but on further inspection I seem to have bought more for DH than me. Told you I live vicariously
IN #7: Jergens Ultra Healing Extra Dry Skin Moisturiser 350ml; I really didn't need thisbut it was reduced to £2.74 I think, and I haven't used their stuff before. It's in a pump bottle which I'm hoping will encourage me when I'm showering in a rush in the morning. 'Cause y'know, unscrewing the lid on a pot of body butter is such a hardship. No excuse *slaps own wrists*
IN #8: Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Colour in Intense Black; only one other dye in stash and this was RTC to just over £2
IN #9: Sanex Dermo Invisible roll on 50ml; On offer for £1, I only have the dregs of my current roll on left and probably one or two days left in the god-awful spray too.
Not declaring DH's bounty because he is the master of how quickly it goes. Think he got four things, three of which he needed and one which he didn't.
ETA a lovely lady complimented me in Tesco on my cheekbones and asked me what I use to contour (usually MAC Harmony but today it was an elf bronzer and blush combo). Sorry if it sounds vain but it really made my day0 -
My nail polish habit is pretty much cured. I've got a make up bag full earmarked to go to a new owner. I'm just keeping 2 or 3. A clear one and a couple that I just love the colour of. I'm getting them shellaced pretty regularly and always make a mess when I try to paint them myself anyway.
At the risk of enabling, I did see this offer

Evening.
UU's
So white bath ballistic WBA love this one, always stock up on this one in the sale
Snowman bath ballisitc WNBA Very greasy which just stick to the side of your bath rather than moisturising your skin. Atleast I am getting through shower gel quickly with the amount of times I clean the bath.
Blue skies and fluffy white clouds bubble bar. WBA HG favourite scent and first lush love.
E blue one 30ml shower gel WNBA
E sublime sample WMBA quite like it but think the scent is a little too sweet for me.
Calacus jelly 100g WBA if the ever sold it again, I have had this for years but I need to actually use things up and stop hoarding things.
HMdream a little dream of me body cream 150g WNBA I did like this but not the price, a beautiful lavender scent and easily absorbed.
E southern spell sample body lotion WMBA gave the full size away last week. I wont be buying body lotions for a long time.
BC pod people massage bar WNBA quite nice this one was from bomb cosmetics which I am not a great fan of as I find things very synthetic but this was okay.
Vanilla noel 1 ml WNBA I have grown out of vanilla perfumes so I used this in my oil burner.
GA to a friend
NB Hinoki woods soap
FP Lughnasadh soap
FP Lughnasadh 180g body whip
Beekind 30ml
Thats all for now, now for the challenge of Lent ( I do have You beauty box but that's it).0 -
first UU of the month!
hurray
An MUA waterproof liquid eyeliner -WBA after I've used the one I just replaced it with! While its not my ultimate fave, it only costs £1 and completely surprised me with how good it was! Only down fall is if you are a bit rough like me the applicator goes a bit blergh towards the end but to be fair it would be cheaper to purchase that more often than buying an eyeliner with a stronger applicator.Frugal Student!!!0 -
Hello ladies!
I'm feeling pretty sheepish... had such good intentions this month but then I picked up a foundation sample (mainly to get the mini kabuki brush it comes with) and then *somehow* found myself in Boot$ in front of the reduced Philosophy gift sets. Oh dear. So IN:
40-49. 3 x Fruitcake mix gift set (lotion, scrub and shower gel)
50-52. Cookie Exchange gift set (lotion, shower gel and lip gloss)
Total spend £23.50. I thought this was too good to pass up and most will be gifted, though I'll count for now. Now starting to feel slightly sick at the prospect of trying to finding homes for them...
53. Bare Minerals Original Foundation SPF15 in Light 0.3g
FizzWhizz, how lovely - compliments like that are always such a fab confidence boostMFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -
fizzwhizz it doesn't sound big headed at all! Lovely to get compliments!
No UU yet this month although I'm hopefully on the shower gel this week.
GA I was talking to some colleagues at work about this thread and my addiction. One of my colleagues commented that she didn't even own a body butter (cue shocked face). She is lovely Abe has just turned 30 so I thought I'd put a sanctuary body butter in her IN tray with a note tomorrow. It's very busy at work at the moment and I'm hoping it will put a smile on her face. Also one less thing in my stash!
I'm enjoying catching up on the thread, as always xNo buying unnecessary toiletries in 2014: currently counting hoard....numbers TBA0 -

Hope you didn't use both of them on your head - would be a waste of dye if you were going to shave it off anyway! :rotfl:3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
Good evening everyone :hello:
Been MIA, but I've been trying to use up products. Really feels as though I'm making no inroads into my stash and I really don't know whether to go for the smaller products to bump up my total or the larger products to find space in the cupboard. Anyone got a magical formula?
It's my birthday this month and my MIL normally buys me lovely smellies. She asked me whether I'd like some (eg Molton Brown or L'Occitane) this time, but I've had to say no. *sob*I just have so much in the cupboard...
However, I do at least have 3 UUs, which I've been meaning to put on here for a week:
Aussie Mega Conditioner 250 ml - love, love, love this. Definitely my HG. Got one more in the stash.
Kempinski Shampoo 40ml - nabbed from a hotel.
Ajala White Tea Shampoo 30ml - nabbed from a hotel the other week. Quite nice and would happily use it again.
Will have to conjure up a PP list for this month and concentrate the mind again!Sealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 declared0
