Chasing up our estate agents

You could always bypass the agent, let your buyer have your number and arrange it that way.
When we moved to our previous home we wanted a fence doing as soon as we moved in (we had a dog and the fence was just the wire type builders put up) so the lady we were buying from was happy for two companies to go around, this was sorted without the ea being involved.
When we bought this house we exchanged numbers with the couple we were buying from and spoke quite regularly to see how things were going, as both of us wanted to push it through. They were moving to Australia and we already had people lined up to rent our old house.0 -

My OH seems to think being a dragon gets things done and sometimes it does but sometimes you need to leave things a little give people time!!

I am off work at the moment. She works and is in meetings most of the day. Estate agents seem to prefer dealing with me as well as most calls have been to me!0
