Paypal will not say anything at all, they are a total waist of time and effort.

Ohhhhhhhh! Yeaaaarrr it's so unfair you wouldn't believe

How can an organisation get away with charging fees for payments made to your account.
They are making billions ££££'s interest out of the money that's in the paypal accounts.

Exploitation........can't think of anything else to call it
Would be great if everyone ditched their accounts...teach them a lesson about greed.
Imagine your bank charging you to make a deposit into your account

buyers or sellers ebay/paypal will fakk u up,.

i buyed a ipod and it was missing a part which stopped it from working paid by visa debit card so i cant get my money back, paypal waved the case in sellers favor as the item had a broken display which i knew about but the harddrive was missing which was not stated by the seller, want a w@nker and now hes not a reg user on ebay,. like Jonni2bad said paypal dont do Facts,. they havnt said why they see in the sellers favor i havnt still got no reply too Why!,.

its so easy to rip people off paypal dont check ur CC with ur address so u can put any address same with ebay they dont check ur address, they just want there money and thats it,. and like robowen pointed out all the interest thats gained on peoples money must be some CrAZY amount of money, then paypal even can take money out of ur bank account to cover a chargeback out of YOUR BANK ACCOUNT
