POPLA delays?

Update: I rang POPLA today and was told that my case was actually heard on 17th January and they posted the decision to me on 7th February! They checked my address (which was correct) and said it must have been lost in the post & that they would resend me the decision.
They would not discuss the decision on the phone "as it is private & confidential".
I'll wait for the Postie..........
(although I suspect that if my appeal has been declined the PPC would have been asking for money again already!)0 -

Yes, email popla quoting 9.1 and ask for their evidence to be struck out. Check the front sheet. Did they sign for a date which was false? If so complain that they are fraudulently pretending to send it when they did not. Was this cp plus? They do that a lot.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0 -
As posted on other threads, I got an email saying my appeal was allowed before I had a chance to respond… looks like POPLA ignored the late submission of evidence :rotfl:0

Well done
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

submitted to POPLA on the 12th Jan, E mail on the 28th Feb saying appeal upheld so around 6 weeks, PE offered no evidence, Rachel bottled it then......0

Another update:
Still heard nothing at all from POPLA despite them saying they would resend the decision over a week ago!
I emailed them today to chase it up and the reply I got said "we will aim to reply to your query within 5 working days!"
Not exactly what I'd call efficient are they?0
