Is it possible to do anything without "help" from a cat?

I got my sewing machine out this afternoon for the first time since Cookie took up residence. She was on the dining table as soon as the machine was, but wandered off when I started sewing only to reappear right next to my elbow totally without warning. I nearly sewed my finger  I dread to think what will happen when I cut out a garment and there is tissue pattern being spread out and pinned to fabric
She hasn't been in the washing machine or tumble drier yet but it can only be a question of time ...

All mine does is eat, sleep and poo.0

One of mine walks over the keyboard when I'm using my work laptop at home, she also tries to steal the treasury tags from my files and has been known to pull the whole file on the floor trying to snaffle the tag.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

Trying to assemble a flat pack was interesting yesterday, ed constantly sat or lay on the instructions, sniffed every screw and generally supervised!
Having cats is like having a toddler, into everything and following you everywhere including the bath and loo!:hello: Hiya, I'm single mom, avid moneysaver and freecycler, sometimes  but definatly

I haven't done anything without 'help' since our cat arrived. The freakiest is when we're ahem 'getting busy' and this little cat face appears...guaranteed mood killer lol.0

mine likes to sleep on top of the keyboard to prevent all work being done.
He also likes to headbutt my arm when I am holding a cup or glass!!0 -

So it must be your cat walking on your keyboard making these strange remarks on my thread. You are forgiven. I love cats.0 -
Mine share "toilet duty" they have to watch me to make sure I don't fall down the hole!
Also they insist on being the only lap tops in the house, "help" with bedmaking but glare when the hoover comes out as they can't stand the noise.
Oh and they are fantastic at keeping the ironing board warm.
Cats, don't we just love 'em!Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0 -
Yeah we're not allowed to go to the loo unescorted, and it's hard to concentrate on the business in hand when 3 or 4 of them are clamouring to get on your lap."Save £12k in 2019" #120 - £100,699.57/£100,0000
