Best deal installing landline for internet

My daughter is in rented accomodation and wants to install a landine.She and the children all have mobiles so just want broadband. Who is the cheapest provider ? I am with TalkTalk and despite all the bad press I've always been happy.Any advice would be so helpful,she's on a tight budget but teenagers need internet access

No ADSL broadband is possible without paying line rental.
Since broadband is exchange specific, start with an exchangesearch on https://www.samknows.com for the available LLU options.

If in rental accomodation, be careful going with suppliers who insist on a min 18 month contract like BT and plus.net, though. Although I can't imagine there is a supplier out there who will install a phone line at a discount and not insist on at least a 12 month min commitment.
