RBS Royalties v Thomsons

Hi Guys.
I tried to claim back money for my late flight from Kos in 2011, which was booked through RBS Royalties, but the airline and operator was Thomson Holidays.
As I booked through RBS Royalties, I put in a claim through them. However, they passed the complaint onto Thomson’s on my behalf.
Thomson’s, subsequently feedback the news that they were not paying out for my claim trough RBS Royalties - who then informed me of Thomson’s decision via email
I was wondering, if I take court action who do I take it against?
Do I take it against RBS or do I take it against Thomson’s?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Kind regards.
Neil

The operating air carrier.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0
-
any claim is against the airline -
the FAQs clearly state
The claim is against the airline, not the travel agent, not the package holiday company, not the administrator, nor anyone else. AIRLINE ONLY.0 -
As far as Royalties go they are just a travel agent service via Affinion nothing to do with the airline.0
