Is there a relationship between seller and buyer?
Even though loan to value is strong, for the reasons you have outlined make this tricky.
I would be looking to get legals involved early and split deeds in advance of the purchase potentially.I am a Mortgage Broker

Does the search facility on here not work very well?
I'm getting heartily sick of giving bespoke answers to the same questions posed over and over again when a simple search of the subject would have surely revealed the same answers...?
Portability
Transfer of equity
Affordability calculators
CRA credit "scores"
HTB EL v HTB - MG
No new credit between application and completion.
Some of the "regulars" on here are more needy than our paying clients. Hopefully, that's because we're far more proactive than any lender and most brokers, so our clients don't need to constantly ask us "are we nearly there yet, are we nearly there yet..." ad nauseum.
Blimey, it's only February and I already have the "barnacles" from too many cases in too little time. I need my bottom scraping.I am a mortgage broker. I certainly agree with your you. However, probably due to laziness as it is easier to post than complete research.0
