Accident at t junction! Who's fault?

I don't like this term undertaking at all - and especially not in this scenario where a vehicle coming from the left was in fact carrying on in a straight line past a stationary vehicle waiting to turn right.
Neither of these 2 vehicles that 'waved you out' were in any position to grant you priority over any vehicle other than their own.
As I see it you should have given way to a vehicle approaching from your left.
Having said that, I have been in the situation of the driver that you hit, and have avoided an accident simply by being aware that the 'incoming' vehicle may well attempt to enter in front of me.
I think you're sunk as saying that you didn't see the vehicle you hit is tantamount to admitting it was your fault.
It's completely irrelevant that the oncoming driver did not have the experience/awareness to anticipate you entering in front of him contrary to the Highway Code advice for turning right at a T-junction.

I suggested that as there's no damage to mine and just the wheel arch has a dent and a scuffed bumper on the other but she said she's going to phone me later after speaking with partner. I don't know if they went on the curb. They weren't at the point of impact but the road is a tight fit if not. Also if the car was positioning when I looked, directly behind the car turning right then clearly I wouldn't of seen them, and I was looking for a good 3 seconds to make sure then as I went the car appeared. I'm only asking this as I don't want to go through my insurance just asking for what to expect if other driver does. Evan if the damage is 500 I'd be better off as I wouldn't need to say on 3 insurance policy's of my own and the missus'. Potential of 4 premiums rising which is why I'm concerned.0

And as to ice weasel I have also been the other driver but avoided on many occasions by thinking about other vehicles or pedestrians. I wouldn't be bothered if I just tear a***d out the junction but I was so cautious about what I was doing0

Lucky it wasn't a motorbike minding his own business and travelling at the speed limit.0

you need to check your insurance small print, even if you dont claim off your insurance or involve them in any way you may still need to inform them of the accident
this is something that is often overlooked by people sorting out things on a DIY basis
when you apply for car insurance they ask the question "have you been involved in any accidents in the last three years"
not have you made a claim in the last three years0 -
If it was a biker I would have probably heard him anyway and he would have been able to just slip passed and give me the finger or I would have seen him because I didn't just glance I had a good look.0

No offense intended, but if you hit the car because it appeared from nowhere, i'm skeptical you would have seen a much smaller object like a motorcycle as well. All your base are belong to us.0

Sorry this makes it unclear for me.
You hit them?
Also you hit them in the front wheel arch but then either drove through their car or backed up and manuouvred around them so they ended up behind you?
What force ten is saying seems correct except it seems you hit them rather than the other way around based on this.
Could you clarify? What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?0 -
My front bumper and there front driver side wheel arch. No one had to reverse or anything. If they were half a foot extra across there would have been no collision0

So how did they end up behind you flashing their lights? What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?0
