Terrible, terrible news...!
I placed an order of over £100 with an online retailer last week, received the goods in a timely fashion and was happy with the quality.
Yesterday I had an email from them offering 10% off EVERYTHING online, for two days only.
I might buy some more stuff as I paid a fair price last week which I was happy with at the time and an additional 10% off really is a bonus.

If there was a planned RISE in prices of 20% this weekend, would you also offer to pay the extra you now owe?
Of course not. You bought the items when they were at a price which was agreeable to you at the time. You can neither forsee the future or travel to the past, so please don't torment yourself...!0 -

I have put the relevant parts in bold for you.
Next time, try reading something before blurting out regurgitated nonsense.0 -

Do it through Quidco and if they're a Quidco partner, you'll get even more off."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0 -
If it was Amazon they'd give you the difference back with 30 days.0

Go on admit it, you have been waiting for a post like this, to strike with your self righteous text. Helps to actually read the OP :wall:0 -

OH!
I apologise TOTALLY OP! I really didn't read the post properly. I saw the first bit and fully expected it to be the usual rant about timing the purchase wrong.
And yes, I then had a self-righteous, pompous rant, which was completely undeserved.
I feel like a right TOOL and will read stuff properly to avoid such an embarrassing repeat....
Having actually READ the OP now, it shows a refreshing attitude and I wish I could've helped.
Sorry. Again. I'll go sit in the corner quietly for a while.0 -
