I currently have a sumsung tv but not sure how to connect it up the tv aerial to it. Does anyone know what cable I need to connect it up so I have tv signal? I have included pictures of my cable and back of my tv

Difficult to tell from that first pic but it looks like a female Belling Lee socket so it looks like you just need a male to male lead
Poundland or Tesco etc will have themChange is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0 -
I tried using these male to male connectors but neither seemed to attach to the tv aerial lead or the aux in the tv. Do you have any other ideas what could work?

That connector is not needed.
You need to post a better picture of the cable end, as it looks like it should just plug into the TV.0 -
Have tried to fit the tv aerial into the aux socket but it doesnt slot in. Seems like they are both the same size. Here is another picture of the tv aerial.

It needs to go into the 'ANT IN' socket on pic 2
I've never seen a plug like that one before, I reckon the best thing to do now is cut it off and replace it with a standard Belling Lee plugChange is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0 -
Looks like it was damaged and been taped up and soldered?
So, what he said, replace and try again.

While you do it have a look outside and follow cable, make sure it is going to an aerial and not a dish.0 -

Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
